Beloved Partners & Friends
Of course the Iraqi waris uppermost in the minds of most people. Emotions have been riding very high especially here in Europe from where I am writing. The debates are endless and the hypocrisy on all sides great. While many want Saddam Hussein put away, those same players are ignoring the tyranny of despots like Robert Mugabe in Zimbabwe who is guilty of serious genocide and the Khartoum Government in Sudan which has annihilated 2.5 million people in a decade. That makes Saddam Hussein look like a saint. Once again it is clearly evident that peace will not come from uprooting dictators and tyrants. It is also very evident that the Global Village is entering into the next phase of spheres of absolute control that will further prepare for the appearance of THE antiChrist and his one world government. The UN has shown that it is far from United but is an incapable and irrelevant MESS of NATIONS. There are powerful TRUTHS that are evident and very clear.
1. When the Church ceases to be a force in any nation, it gives legitimacy to the devil and his tyranny to reign.
2. There is no absolute standard of right and wrong. Political and economic self interests are uppermost in the existence of all nations. That George Bush and Tony Blair can attempt to "sell" the Iraqi war by promising a PALESTINIAN STATE headed by one of the worst tyrants in the world, shows hypocrisy of the worst order. They are touching the "apple of God's eye" and God will in no wise ignore such meddling. Does it mean to say that if Ariel Sharon ignores George Bush and Tony Blair after Iraq that he too, will be removed in similar fashion to Saddam Hussein?
3. Noble though George Bush's motives to remove a hoarder and maker of weapons of mass destruction might be so that they do not fall into the hands of rogue operators like Ben Laden, he is forgetting that Saddam Hussein is a Moslem fundamentalist and it is Islamic fundamentalism that is the ONLY threat to world peace and the ONLY operator of world terrorism. The WEST will be no less and no more credible in the eyes of Islam. It is the avowedi ntent of Islam to destroy the west that they equate with Christianity.
4. Peace can come through only ONE, the PRINCE OF PEACE, Jesus the Christ.
We have a CITY to which to look forward whose builder and maker is God. Our Kingdom is NOT of this world. Kingdoms will be shattered as a result of this war but the Kingdom of God will remain forever and will grow and grow. The glory of the Lord will cover the earth as the waters the sea. Make sure that you are fully a member of this Kingdom and your allegiance is only to Christ.
The real war will become truly evident only after the fall of Iraq. It will be a war that has ever been waged between truth and error, Light and Darkness and true Christianity and every other religion and 'ism. The same soldiers and fighters who believe they are liberating Iraqis from tyranny may well be the same who arrest and intern believers in the days ahead for being "enemies of the state" simply for the fact in WHO they believe. Beloved, do not get caught up with the affairs of the world. Our Kingdom is NOT of this world. We are the people of LIGHT, delivered from the Darkness of the World to be a light to all men. Our LEGITIMACY and raison d' etre is Jesus. We will be the off scouring of the earth. The great armored column stretching for miles across the Iraq desert that stirs men and breeds either fear or awe is a prelude and practice run to the united armies of the world coming down on Israel in the days ahead.
Who is on the Lord's side and who will fully serve the King? These are days of serious choices in light of ABSOLUTE TRUTH. Do not be swayed or manipulated by popular opinion or seductive manipulation. Keep your eyes on Jesus, your love for Him and your life washed with His Word through the convincing power of the blessed Holy Spirit.

Make sure that your heart is pure and right. Make sure there is no seed of bitterness or evil. Make sure that you mind is cleansed and right. Give no place to the enemy as you see these things happening.
MALAWI REPORT
Kalibu Kwa Yesu intercessors believe that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday,
today and forever. He never fails and this is why we are giving this report
on how our mighty God honored the prayers of intercession. We were caught
by surprise on January 10th when we heard on the news that the speaker
of parliament was asking all members of parliament for a two day meeting
to continue the debating on the third term bill. (Ed note: A Malawi president
is permitted two terms of office only and as explained in a previous newsletter
he was requesting parliament to overturn the two term bill and introduce
a third term so that he could have the extra term to “Isalamize”
the nation with the assistance of Khadaffi of Libya).Having heard this,
we were so much moved by righteous anger that Pastor Paisley called for
serious intercession on this issue. It was only two days before the presentation
of the Bill. The theme of our intercession was that God would cause confusion
amongst the members, both in government and in the opposition parties.
We cried to the Lord and the Lord heard our cry. Things began to be fulfilled
before Parliament even met. Large sums of money were being handed out
as bribes and even this did not help the situation. When the Bill was
introduced men started shouting at each other and one Member removed his
neck tie in order to physically fight with a member of the opposition.
A lady minister attempted to trade blows with the speaker of the house
and the police were called in. The speaker eventually walked out having
adjourned the meeting indefinitely. We viewed this as an answer to pray.
We felt that it was the power of God showing that He really cares and
honours the prayers of his people. A few days after this the opposition
and the churches called for a demonstration showing that they were against
the Third Term Bill.
They had permission from the authorities to conduct this peaceful demonstration.
When the demonstration began the police arrived and started to fire live
rounds into the air and rubber bullets into the crowd. No-one was harmed
except for one of the Police who ended up being shot in the leg. It seemed
that God’s protection was overshadowing everyone. Since then the
ruling party has been trying to buy anyone with any kind of influence.
The President has been traveling around and speaking to people about supporting
the new Bill and still there is no agreement, only confusion. Our God
is a God of order and we will continue praying that He will intervene
in this situation. We also continue to pray that He will raise up more
intercessors. He will always honour the cries of His people but only when
we live a holy life in Him. (Malawi office)
LETTERS OF THANKS
On behalf of all pastors of the northern region of Malawi, I would like to give thanks to you for the seminar which we had in December 2002. This seminar did much in our lives and we are not the same as we were before. We have learned much from the seminar. It is also my great privilege to give thanks for the support you have started giving me and Pastor Gondwe. I am praying for your good leadership because we Pastors alone can do nothing. Please continue teaching us through the seminars as you did this past year. I promise you will see much change in our ministering and I will make sure that there will be great change in time to come. Lastly I would like to give thanks for the Tumbuka Bibles which you gave us and which we have already distributed. At present the people are engaged in working their gardens because of the rain and afterwards we will begin conducting crusades. We give thanks for how you are assisting us in the north. (D.K. I would like to thank our beloved Pastor Michael for the work he is doing.
The seminar which we had in December was a great revelation. I would also
like to give thanks for the gift that he gave me:
1. A bicycle
2. 10kg hybrid seedmaize
Now transportation is not a problem because of this bicycle as I will
be able to go and visit the branches more easily than when I had to foot
it. After all, I want to ask God to continue blessing Pastor Ray Walls
who came from the U.S. and taught us during the seminar and to thank him
for his vision of helping the kingdom of God with power and treasures.
May God bless him with his lessons of saying “We are on a Spiritual

Loading of the container in Indiana. Once again our thanks to all those
involved. We plan to ship another container at the end of summer. This
will be for the school in Malawi. We need anything for the cottages we
are building for the teachers and equipment and stationary for the running

UPDATES
We are still in need of a teacher for Southern Sudan for May and June. If there is anyone who is a teacher of the Word and who would be able to go for either three or six weeks, please contact this office in Kansas City as soon aspossible.
Please make every effort to attend a meeting in your area. We will be sending out flyers to remind people of upcoming meetings within a three state area. We would love to see you and as usual, Michael will have a timely word for the United States which is much needed at this particular time. As I watched the news coverage of the continuing war in Iraq you could hear the city of Baghdad being called to pray twice every day and could hear the voices of the people as they prayed to their god, Allah. What never ceases to shock us is the fact that this nation has not been called to even one day of prayer and fasting by either the political leadership or the church leadership. In fact, the church leadership are fragmented on the lines of whether we should be at war or not, much like Hollywood. How sad though when the church can be compared to Hollywood who at least use their podium to express what they feel.
It is our responsibility to pray and fast for the situation which, whether we like to admit it or not is a battle against evil and we need the power of heaven to intervene. The politicians have their agenda but the Lord has His.
