FINLAND/LAPLAND
Beloved Partners and Friends
This comes from within the Arctic Circle of the frozen wastes of Lapland, the home of reindeers and moose, freezing winds and mythical father Christmas. Of course, there is RUDOLPH everything and people are gearing for the height of the tourist season with multitudes descending on Lapland to enjoy the skiing and mail letters from this north most land of the reindeers and sleighs. The northern lights have been magnificent. Villages and communities are far scattered across this endless landscape of pine and birch that finally gives way to the vast stretches of tundra where nothing grows except the lichen. Commercialism and greed have caught hold here and so many Christians report on the explosion of witchcraft in the area. The reason that satan desires the high places of the north is that he is a strategist and he knows perfectly well how to take these high places and move from them into the rest of the nation. There is nothing original with him. He copies and corrupts the workings of the blessed Lord. What is needed is not PANIC and fear or concern and interest in the affairs of satan but a resolute Church that knows her power and will make a stand and watch the enemy flee. Once again as I am in Finland and right up here in the remote north, there is the distinct sense of the Holy Spirit brooding over this nation and simply waiting for someone to pay the price and who will receive the KEY of REVIVAL for this land. Religion binds many as does people's opinion but the Lord will raise up His mighty vessels and REVIVAL will come. God surely needs a person who will stand in the appropriate office and be used of Him. The Holy Spirit bypasses many who will not rally to the trumpet call. He yet, as He has ever done, moves to and fro across the face of the earth searching for hearts perfect towards Him, hearts who will be instantly obedient. Will you be one and not leave it to another. Will you take up the burden of the Lord who passionately longs to pour out of Himself upon your city, territory, nation. Will you be His instrument for the rending of the Heavens for a Divine visitation. All the Lord requires is a gloriously obedient vessel to pay the price in fastings and tears and prayers. It has nothing to do with satan. The Lord is so much bigger than him. The real matter is that far too many have given far too much place to the devil. Be clothed in righteousness and stand and resist him and satan must flee. That is absolute assurance from on High. It is time for us to get deeply PASSIONATE about the Lord and our personal walk with Him. If I do not take up the challenge of the blessed Holy Spirit, He WILL find another and I will pay the enormous consequences of noncompliance with His will. I am deeply concerned at how many Christians cannot rightly discern and divide the times. Is it God. Is it the devil. Is it merely circumstances. There is no question that decisions and choices we make affect our lives both now and for eternity. Christians are so very quick to declare the JUDGMENT of the Lord in personal and national issues however when He is not the Lord at all. There are ETERNAL laws that govern our behavior. For instance, as we sow, so also shall we reap. Remember that despite all the wickedness and sin God is extremely patient. It took four hundred years for the cup of iniquity of the Amorites to fill up so that God could send His people ISRAEL, to JUDGE them. We are gearing down for the end times and great natural phenomenon are going to appear. The strange weather that has affected the whole earth this year is directly related to the aligning of the planets. This is a great and unusual phenomenon and highly significant in Gods order of things but nevertheless true and responsible for the natural disasters that have affected nations from Japan to France, Britain to USA and vulnerable Africa. Sorry JUDGMENT JUNKIES. Let us get about His and see His visitation rather than declare His burning fire and judgment on the heathen. There is yet going to be a mighty visitation of the Lord to this planet.
SINGAPORE/INDONESIA
It was a deeply moving trip to Asia. This is the day of ASIA! The world and the Western Church can no longer ignore the vast resources of humanity reaching out from these huge expanses of territory. I saw such hunger for TRUTH that has been denied these peoples since the Tower of Babel. The Lord is ready to visit Asia with a great outpouring. I saw what I have seen in Africa so many times - uplifted hands, weeping eyes and willing and obedient hearts. This is the substance with which the Lord can work. The Lord spoke to me and clearly told me that I need to expand the College in Malawi to take the peoples of the nations and particularly Asia, train them and send them back to their homes to do the work. There is much that we are able to offer and the work is enormous. Culture and tradition has created strong ties and bonds even in the Church of Asia. Some of these must be broken if the Church is to explode. It will be excellent for people to be trained outside of their environment and returned equipped to shake their lands. I taught and preached in Bible Colleges, pastors seminars and churches. Once again, I was deeply impressed over the fact that the Lord has assuredly given THIS ministry a message and fire that is deeply pertinent for this hour and assuredly needed in the nations. Intercession is a great key to the whole work of which you are a precious and significant part as our partners. I was horrified to find that in the Indonesian Bible GOD is translated ALLAH. Oh the impact of Islam is so vast. However did Islam capture the vast multitudes of Java with her over 120 million people 80% of whom are Moslem? The Church was assuredly asleep but it is time to wake up! There is no doubt that God has called SHEKINAH to be a watchman and trumpet blower over the whole issue of Islam. I will be writing a booklet on the subject that will be available early next year. The Church must be informed. As vital partners, keep informed, updated, educated and in intercession. As you can see beloved Partner and friend, we are already looking forward to the Lord's next great assignment for this Ministry. The work is great and the resources needed more than ever, but the blessings and rewards are eternal.

CONTAINER
We are working on collecting for a container for Africa. It will not leave the United States until the New Year. We need everything again and would appreciate it if everything is in good working order and that clothing is in very good condition.
The bicycles have been a great blessing as they have been distributed to pastors in Malawi and Mocambique and this enables pastors to extend their areas of operation as prior to receiving their bicycle they had to walk everywhere.
At this point we are not sure if the container will be going to Malawi or New Sudan but the same items are required for each nation and the needs are just a great in each nation.
URGENT REQUEST
A great blow has just this week descended on us from Malawi. Our truck / so vitally needed in the huge project of building the College there had a major engine seizure. This Isuzu has been treated like a baby and is most assuredly one of those amazing HARD LUCK situations as they call it in the business. What frustration as we seek to get ahead with the buildings. The project was progressing fantastically as builders begin on the final stages of the finishing work on the College before turning attention to the residences. It is absolutely essential for us to be mobile in the shortest possible time. Amidst seemingly impossible odds we have managed to procure this solid and highly recommended and guaranteed truck as a replacement. Trucks are enormously difficult to obtain in Malawi but this Nissan had just arrived and is the only one available. Within hours of Kalibu securing the vehicle several other buyers descended requesting it. We have the first option however and it is ours! We need your serious help as our friends and partners to purchase this vehicle and to keep the building of Kalibu Academy, Malawi, fluid. If each and everyone of you, our partners and friends, would graciously consider contributing US$50 we will be able to pay for this vehicle and keep the project moving ahead. The College opens January 2005 so we have a little more than a year to completely finish and equip the College. With the Lord's mandate to expand and take foreign students from all nations, we are suddenly thrown into an explosive situation but certainly not one we cannot handle given the resources. The task is yet enormous and we cannot afford to be waylaid by this great blow. We realize that many of you are so amazingly faithful to this work but we are asking you to make this further sacrifice. Many of you were so gracious over the Sudan work. Please be equally gracious in this matter for Malawi and the nations.

Our grateful thanks to James Rizzuti and his team for all their hard work and donated time and effort to put together a wonderful production on the Kalibu Academy in New Sudan. We will be receiving a two hour production this week which covers every aspect of the work carried out at the compound. This production will include the graduation ceremony for 2003 as well as intercession, teaching, church and all that happens in day to day running of the work in New Sudan. The first 20 minutes gives overall coverage of the school and from there it goes into 2003 graduation. After that there are interviews with students, staff and graduates and a history of Shekinah/Kalibu from Pastor Michael.

We say goodbye to Jerry and Ethel Reeder as they return after a three month teaching session in New Sudan. Thank you so much for your faithfulness and for being so much apart of this ministry. You are faithful and dependent and we thank you for that.
