Beloved Partners & Friends
Oh, the faithfulness of the Lord is beyond our wildest imagination or comprehension. I have been greatly exercised once again that the Lord's blessings will only fall upon us when we are under His Divine order and government. His Government is His order in operation in our lives. It is Kingdom Living. All that is required of the believer is that he walks in obedience and then, the blessing of the Lord will fall in every area of our lives.
The blessings of the Lord have certainly fallen on Shekinah/Kalibu Ministries in the last few weeks. We want you to enter into the most thrilling and significant news: THE PEACE TREATY IN SUDAN has been signed!! This treaty is the answer to eight years of incredible intercession for the nation. The terms of the peace are beyond anything we ever expected. In effect, there will be an interim government of national unity for 6 years at the end of which the SOUTH alone will vote whether to remain in a union with Khartoum or opt for total independence. Our greatest fear is that the Southerners would be bought out and remain in a union. Already, the Arab world is poised to invest billions of dollars into southern Sudan in an effort to "persuade" the southerners. This is not going to work. Here is why. The very reason for the southerners fighting this 50 year civil war is their total hatred of Islamization and "sharia law" or rule by the Koran. God has so engineered the peace that there will never be fear of the southerners selling out for money as they have done in the past. It is beyond our comprehension but fully the engineering of the Lord that Khartoum adamantly refused to give up Sharia Law. This is marvelous in our sight! They were ready to compromise of every other aspect of the peace agreement but not SHARIA LAW. In one swoop of the pen, the Islamic regime in Khartoum signed the death warrant to there ever being a unified Sudan after 2010 for Sharia Law has been the whole reason for this terrible war and its accompanying genocide. What an incredible coup d'etat. Only the Lord could have thought such a move. This is the cherry on the pie for us and completes our intercession for Southern Sudan. We have fulfilled our mandate.
In a conversation I enjoyed with the Minister of Agriculture the morning after the signing, he declared,
"It is because of the prayers of the Bible College that this great day has come to pass...Thank you, Pastor."
The Continental and international significance of this peace is beyond most of our partners and friends to understand.
FIRSTLY: The ruthless and aggressive onslaught of Islam down the entire Continent of Africa has been frustrated and halted.
SECONDLY: The agenda of Islam to launch its holy war or jihad worldwide, has been thwarted.
THIRDLY: The church in particular has been awakened to the evil worldwide threat of Islam through the plight of Southern Sudan. The fear of Colonel Khadaffi of Libya is coming to pass: THE SLEEPING GIANT IS WAKING UP!!
We want you to truly jubilate with us for such an amazing victory. Stop right now and thank and bless the Lord for what He has done and give Him all the glory and honor. This is truly an amazing victory and you, beloved Partner, have equal part is the spoils of this incredible war. The LORD has won a profound victory. HALLELUJAH! We have been walking in the clouds because of His victory. The great victory is not over. Beloved, you must absolutely purchase a copy of "To Save A Nation" to understand the fullest implications of what has happened in Africa.
At the same time as the tremendous victory in Southern or New Sudan, there has been a tremendous victory in Malawi, Central Africa. In recent elections, the Moslem president and his entire party were swept away. This happened because the church repented and took a stand. When the Church is strong, the enemy WILL be defeated. This is most significant as Islam was poised to link up from Sudan to Malawi and from there, grab the entire African Continent. The Malawian situation reverses the whole plan and agenda of Islam. The victory in Malawi was also won by nothing less than serious intercession. We are so thrilled about what the Lord is able to do if we will only truly intercede.
FINLAND'S STRATEGIC POSITIONING
It has been several years that the Lord has given His assurance that there is going to be a mighty revival in Finland. Revival does not just happen. There are two factors that must be considered in any revival, namely "How?" and "Why?" The “HOW” of revival is from nothing less than true intercession. The “WHY” is a little more complicated. It is not often that the Lord shows His purposes and positioning ahead of time. Usually, the Lord expects us to walk with Him and trust Him and He will bring all things to pass. The Lord is looking for men and women who will be STRATEGICALLY POSITIONED on the earth for His purposes. Sometimes I am simply overwhelmed when I think of the great and glorious purposes of the Lord and the very real fact that we can be a part of His enormous plans for eternity. The Lord clearly spoke to me concerning the "WHY" of His vast plans for revival in Finland.
A look at the current European parliament building in Strasbourg shows that it is designed as the unfinished Tower of Babel. The stars surrounding the building are not the stars of Europe but the pentagrams of Satan. The slogan for Europe has become MANY TONGUES, ONE VOICE. The statue in front of that building is the beast being ridden by the whore of Babylon with the stars around her head. WHAT AN AFRONT TO GOD. We are living in the most momentous of times as we see the consummation of the ages in preparation for the returning King. Revival in Finland is for the Lord to send a mighty wave from the north flowing down into Europe to bring great light into the most intense darkness of what the European Union has already become: the preparation for THE Antichrist. Across the earth, an enormous polarization has already started between those who will be holy and those who are profane. Europe will be polarized after the Lord has visited her. Revival will flow down into Europe from Finland to sweep multitudes into His Kingdom, reveal His great light and leave those who will not bow with no excuses on the great day of judgment. This momentous move is about to happen and Finland is the key.
Beloved, Shekinah/Kalibu is going to play a pivotal role in this great sweep of the Lord. This is so enormous that it defies even our wildest and loftiest thoughts but His ways and thoughts are not ours! The enormity of the Lord's purposes simply takes away my breath! What the Lord will not do and cannot do with those utterly yielded is beyond our comprehension. All He needs is for you to be wholly yielded unto Him.
DESKS AND CHAIRS : MALAWI
After a tremendous effort we have procured a firm in MALAWI that will make the desks and chairs for our High School College that will open there in September of 2005. We have recently sent out a brochure on the high school that you will shortly receive. This will not just be another teaching institution but a private Christian College for over 1000 students! These students will be the future leaders of several central African nations. They will be given a first class education in a fully Christian environment where they will be bombarded with the Word and true life-style of real Gospel living. These men and women will really impact their nations in the future.
The College is needing desks and chairs. A desk and two chairs - one for school and one for the hall - will average cost US100 or 85 euros. We are needing 2200 people to sponsor a desk and two chairs as the vital furniture for the new College. There are many of you on our mailing list who have never sponsored a student or worker or supported the work by even buying the books. Please use this wonderful opportunity to invest in this incredible College that nears completion in Malawi and again, sew vital seed into Africa and after many days, you will find it coming back to you. If you really are unable to commit that sum for now, pay it over six months but become a sponsor and have part in the shaping and development of real leaders of tomorrow.
THRILL AND EXCITEMENT
I deeply desire that each of you, our faithful partners and friends, feels the deep excitement and thrill that is our portion in the goodness and faithfulness of the Lord. It is altogether wonderful how He is working and has worked through the amazing power of intercession to shape individual lives and the nations of Africa.
I am so excited about what the Lord is doing - and about to do - in the earth. Beloved, take your eyes off the gloom and doom that often becomes a part of our lives in the daily routine of just living and see beyond into what the Lord is doing and purposing to do in the whole earth. It can only be victory all the way with the Lord in the driving seat and He is certainly driving this ministry. We value you all so much and simply long for you to be infected with the excitement and victory and thrill of walking with the Lord even as we are.
I really desire for each of you to be so in love with the Lord and prosper in your walk with Him that you will be transformed by His glorious presence. We truly love you.
