DECISIONS

Beloved Partners & Friends

Decisions, decisions, decisions and more decisions. It is so easy for men to procrastinate because procrastination is really maintaining the status quo in my personal life. Simply, that means I do not have to change or leave my comfort zone. It also means though, that I never give any opportunity for the blessed Holy Spirit to exercise me, stretch me and enlarge me. When that happens, I stagnate. It is tragic that there are so many stagnating believers. So many Christians who have so much of the resources in finances, relationships and above all, time, are doing so little when they could be doing so much. This is because they have lost vision and have stagnated. So many believers have bedded in to die just as long as death is comfortable. I for certain, am not going to join in the stagnant or stagnating class! It is a personal decision based upon what and who is motivating and driving you. My passion is Christ and my motivator is the blessed Holy Spirit who ever prompts me to do the will of the Father.

At the end of last year, I rounded the glorious fifty and realized that my relationship with the Lord had hardly begun and that what I needed to do in His Kingdom had not even really started either. People ask me what it feels like to be fifty years. Well, call it denial if you like but I still feel I am thirty two, am acting like it and have the energy of that age group but with the benefit of the years that followed in providing added wisdom in the conducting of life and ministry. So, I asked the Lord for at least another fifty years to see greater things achieved for the Kingdom than ever before. I also want to see the age of the Antichrist and the greatest victories that the Church will ever experience. If some people do not tell me I am, then others certainly think that I am crazy for entertaining such notions. But, there is a passion to see the glory of the Lord revealed on earth and I will do whatever I am able, in my small way, to see that accomplished
.

The Lord is certainly looking to for a vigorous people who will not be stopped from fulfilling His vision by anyone or anything. The person who most prevents me from "blasting ahead" in the Lord or His Kingdom and work is me! If only I would break loose from my sterile and stagnant environment and do something daring the Lord would certainly sweep into my life with all of His resources to equip and enable me to do so. How about a fresh new covenant with the Lord? The Lord is more than willing to meet you ALL THE WAY and all He is waiting for is you to make a move. I get so frustrated with people who have no inertia because they are so bound by their situation and traditions. No matter what advice or direction you attempt to give them, they always have half a dozen reasons why "it just will not work!" I quickly realize that such people are not really serious, have no intention of getting out of their stagnant pond and will spend the rest of their lives locked into their miserable cycle of existence. Not me! There is too much to do for Jesus and I am asking Him every day to fire me with the inertia to accomplish it. I just finished a sixty days fasting that took me to incredibly new heights of intercession; places I had never before been in the Lord and I simply did not want to stop. I know that this was simply preparation for something far larger and I aim to "get there" and let nothing stand in my way.

Beloved, how about you? We meet people everyday who had glorious visions of what they want to accomplish for the Lord. Along the way, they became side-tracked and ended up in the stagnant ponds of traditions and even relationships, robbed of ever becoming a powerful vessel for Christ in either relationship or ministry. Make a radical decision today, now, as you read this. Step out in faith and believe the Lord for something impossible in your life and then begin to act upon that to see it become reality and watch the Lord take control and make a miracle for you whether it is physical, mental, emotional, material, financial or spiritual. He is simply waiting to do in your life something BIG!

ANOTHER BLESSING FROM THE LORD

Rozella and Justin Ranes were blessed with another son on Saturday March 12th.  He weighed in at 7 lbs 2oz.. His 2 year old brother, James Michael is delighted and already set himself up as "protector."  His great Uncle Michael will begin his US itinerary by spending the first couple of days in Cleveland with his family and James is looking forward to seeing his "Unca Mike."

MOZAMBIQUE WORK

It has been a tremendous blessing to have Jim and Eileen Kirt in the States for a couple of months and to catch up with them regarding the work in Mozambique.

So much has been accomplished since they have been based there and there is no doubt that the ministry is growing.

One of the major needs at present is a cottage for visiting ministry.  They built one but have been joined by a husband and wife team from Zimbabwe who have been a great help both in ministry and in the lumber company.  Naturally they now live in the cottage.

It will cost approximately $6,000 to erect another self contained cottage similar to the one in the photograph below.  If you would like to help with this building program please send donations to Kansas City and endorse for Moz cottage.

CONTAINER : LAST CHANCE

We are working on the probability of sending a container to Malawi sometime late in March.  Items needed are educational materials, stationery (all types) for the school and anything with which to furnish a house/cottage- for bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms as we have fifteen cottages on the school property for staff.  There will be two containers going this year.

Please make sure that everything is in good condition and is something that you would be proud to use if someone were to give it to you.  Jesus gave His best for us and we should do the same for Him in every area of our lives.  All donations to go to:

 UPDATES

Once again, thanks to James Rizzuti from South Carolina we have a professional DVD depicting the work of the ministry in Malawi and Mozambique.  If you missed the DVD that was produced by him a couple of years ago covering the work in Southern Sudan then please do not miss this.  You can order it from the Kansas City office and show it  to your Pastor, friends, family or home group.  This production will be sent out on a donation basis and any proceeds will go towards the building of the cottage in Mozambique.

We are thrilled to announce that Destiny Image in Europe and the US have decided to publish Tales of An African intercessor.  This will be the first book published by them and we look forward to a long term relationship with them.
